"Too expensive, especially after the wait"
I was disappointed. I had to wait longer than expected, and after all that, it just didn’t feel worth the price. For what you actually get, it’s way too expensive.

"I got this as a small gift..."
I got this as a small gift for my sister, and she did like the idea of it. She just thought the mix was kind of basic, like it was more of a cute add-on than... well, not exactly a standout gift. It’s still nice enough, but I probably wouldn’t choose it for a bigger occasion.

"Absolutely not worth it for the portion size"
I’m 100% convinced the portions here are way too small for what they charge. I thought I was getting a real meal, but it felt more like a tiny sample pack. No chance I’d call this worth the price...

"I thought some of the mixes tasted pretty..."
I thought some of the mixes tasted fresh, which was nice, but a couple of them had that slightly cheap aftertaste I wasn’t expecting. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but for the price, I was hoping the ingredients would feel a little higher quality. I might give them another shot if they improve that part

"Good Packaging, but One Corner Was Dented"
The packaging was actually good overall, but one corner still arrived a little dented. It’s not a huge issue, but I was a bit disappointed and would’ve appreciated an apology or some acknowledgment for it.

"Expected better and want some accountability"
I wasn’t really happy with this. I expected a lot better, but the mix was just okay and didn’t really stand out. Delivery also felt slower than it should’ve been. I get that things happen, but I’d appreciate the company being more upfront about delays and taking some accountability when the experience doesn’t match what customers are expecting. Not sure I’d order again

The flavor options were disappointing. It felt like the same boring choices over and over, with not much to pick from. On top of that, having to keep verifying myself repeatedly was annoying and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be

"Pretty decent, just kinda too sweet"
I tried a few of the mixes they were alright. Not bad at all, but not like wow-level either. Some bites were legit tasty, especially the chocolate ones, but a couple were way too sweet for my taste.
I’d maybe grab them again if I wanted something quick and easy, but yeah, I was hoping for a better flavour balance. Still decent, just not totally my vibe.

Got my mix last week and enjoyed most of it. A couple pieces weren’t really for me, but the rest tasted fresh and good. Delivery was simple, no issues. I’d probably order it again

"Helpful customer service"
I had a quick question about my order , and they got back to me sooner than I expected . The message felt friendly and actually answered what I was asking , instead of sounding like some copied response .

After that , everything was easy . It’s nice dealing with a shop where customer support doesn’t feel like a chore . I’d definitely order from them again ...

I ordered from Sweet Mouthful Mixes the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I had kind of planned on waiting a few more days, so it was a nice surprise when the box showed up early. The tracking was simple to check, and the package arrived in good shape with everything packed neatly inside. No delivery issues at all. I’d definitely order again

"Pretty good overall, just one mix-up"
My order showed up on time, and most of it was exactly what I expected. One item was different from what I picked though, which was kind of annoying because I was really looking forward to trying that specific mix. Everything else tasted good, so it wasn’t a total dealbreaker. I’d probably order again, but for me and probably other customers too, it would be nice if they double checked the items a little more before sending them out.

"Loved the mixes, but the site was frustrating"
My first reaction was like, ugh, why is this taking so long? The mixes looked really nice and I wanted to check them out, but the site was super slow on my phone. I kept having to tap around just to find basic info, and by the time I got to checkout it felt clunky. Kind of took the excitement out of it.
